Outside the restaurant are sweeping lawns leading down to the picturesque lake with its ducks and flowering water lilies, plus there is also a large paved area with a pergola over part of it and 6 HUGE market umbrellas for shade. This area is known as “The Terrace”, and with its surrounding lawns and garden beds, it is ideal for both the Ceremony and pre-dinner drinks in warmer months while “The Clan Room” with its old world Scottish charm, its views of the vineyard and huge fireplace is used for the Ceremony and pre-dinner drinks in the cooler months.
Accommodation is available in our two separate 5 star bed and breakfast suites “The Irish Room” and “The French Room”, both complete with spa, which are situated on the first floor of the Restaurant building. Both suites have balconies offering panoramic views of Riverlea and its lawns and gardens, and surrounding hills. Use of one of our B&B suites (including a hearty cooked breakfast and midday checkout time) is provided FREE OF CHARGE for all Wedding Receptions of 50 guests or more. We also have ample on site parking for guests, where vehicles may be left until the following morning for collection. A courtesy vehicle is available (takes up to 6) to transport guests to nearby accommodation (within 10km) or to the nearest taxi rank about 5km away in Whitehorse Rd/Maroondah Highway Ringwood.
We offer a selection of fine food and wine packages to cater for all styles and budgets. Our Info Package contains several different Menus plus our wide range of Drink Packages for you to choose from. You can simply choose your Menu and your Drinks Package for your reception from those, or perhaps you would prefer to discuss your needs with us either over the phone or in person at our Restaurant, and then we can tailor make a Menu and a Drinks Package to suit your own particular tastes.
